Organizational culture in Cuban entities and its influence on the adoption and use of information technologies: An empirical study

Since the introduction of desktop personal computers in Cuba, a little over 20 years ago, their presence and use in the country's organizations has increased notably. At this time, by having said organizations of the so-called information technologies and communications, a substantial part, often decisive in the successful management of these entities, relies on the efficient and timely use of these tools. On the other hand, in the last thirty years there have been numerous studies, theoretical and practical, on the extent to which the culture of an organization moderates the relationships between its organizational processes and its performance, and the latter depends to an increasing extent the proper use of information and communication technologies in these organizations.
