Ensure the correct and transparent administration of public funds and the superior control over administrative management. The law regulates the other functions and aspects related to its performance.
Vision
Being an Organ of the Cuban State, which is distinguished and characterized by acting with order, discipline and demand, its ethical values, professionalism and transparency, capable of influencing the formation of a culture of responsibility in the efficient use of public funds, administrative probity and good governance, to prevent and face indisciplines, illegalities and manifestations of administrative corruption.
Values
In accordance with the value system: the executives, officials and other workers of the Comptroller General of the Republic, assume the values endorsed and approved in the Code of Ethics of the cadres of the Cuban State, Code of Ethics of the Auditors of the National Audit System and in the Ethical Commitment of Workers being Fidelity, Honesty, Austerity, Professionalism, Creativity and Collaboration.
