The Heads of State and Government of the United Nations member countries approved the 2030 Agenda in 2015, with 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 goals that constitute a global plan for the coming years, with much more validity after the COVID pandemic -19. This action plan in favor of people, the planet and global prosperity came into force on January 1, 2016, and is implemented by all countries and international organizations, through a collaborative alliance that is checked periodically.
