At the headquarters of the Directorate of Methodology, Research, and Training of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Cuba, the Western Region Trainers' Meeting was held, chaired by methodologist María del Carmen Ribero Caballero. Participants included representatives from training centers in Pinar del Río, Matanzas, Havana, and Cienfuegos, as well as representatives from the Quality Control, Information Technology, Organization, Planning, and Communication departments, and specialists from the Directorate of Methodology, Research, and Training itself.
A fruitful and enlightening exchange took place regarding the training strategy, addressing the following topics:
1. Determining training needs.
2. Developing, approving, and implementing annual training programs. Clarification of Annex No. 2.
3. Faculty. Explanation of payment procedures.
4. Financing to ensure the delivery of training. 5. Quarterly information on compliance with professional development activities and postgraduate academic training. Clarification of Annex No. 3. Use of Annex No. 4 in evaluation reports.
6. Performance of auditor training courses.
