The Planning Matrix course was held at the headquarters of the Directorate of Research, Methodology, and Training of the Comptroller General's Office. The course, which took place during the month of December, was taught by Professor Lemay Fernández Velázquez. Participants included representatives from the following agencies: AZCUBA, MINTUR, MINREX, the General Customs Office, MINCONS, MINEM, MININT, and the Comptroller General's Office. Seventeen participants successfully completed the course.
