Hearing her speak is a kind of civility and honesty that comes from her ancestors. I remember her almost forty years ago being fair at the Ernesto Che Guevara Vocational School in Santa Clara, where we were classmates. He is known by Loly, a nickname that has accompanied him for the love he has earned by dint of being direct, clear and exact from childhood and adolescence. The nickname remained forever, it is maintained with total appreciation, but loaded with the respect that the position it has held with strict commitment for more than a decade adds to it.
