This research aims to: design an Audit Program for the Integrated Human Capital Management System, which adjusts to the new existing conditions and referring to the good treatment and development of man within the entity, protected by the family of Cuban Standards ( NC) 3000/2007 (3001-3001). This brings about the change of old structures and definitions of any activity, process or system that run an entity.
