Resolution 95-24. Protocol for action in situations of harassment, discrimination and violence

Protocol for action in situations of discrimination, violence and harassment within the scope of the Comptroller General of the Republic, which constitutes an instrument of prevention, protection and action aimed at regulating the treatment of situations of discrimination, violence and harassment in the workplace. Allows its identification, prevention and control; the training of the body's workers, as well as assistance to those affected, which helps to guarantee the enjoyment of their work rights.
