In 1961 the Ministry of Industries is created, which coexists with the Ministry of Industries until 1965 and with the National Bank's Directorate of Verification until 1967, at which time the latter is dissolved.
The Ministry of Industries implemented a strong Audit apparatus to verify the large number of entities that were subordinated to that body. This is how the Audit Units are constituted in other organizations (origin of the UAI and the UCAI). These decisions compensated to a certain extent the loss of force in the field of internal and external auditing of the agencies already created that took place when the Ministry of Finance disappeared first and then the Directorate of Verification.
