The Cuban Auditing Standards are essential for the credibility, quality and professionalism of the audit; Their objective is to promote an effective audit, which allows increasing the degree of confidence of potential users; its compliance, together with the Code of Ethics of the auditors, should constitute the main guide in the behavior and performance of the auditors of the National Audit System.
