An article on government management and the role of Cuban science in confronting COVID-19 was published in the journal Anales de la Academia de Ciencias de Cuba by the President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez and the President of the Science, Technology and Society Chair of the University of Havana, Jorge Núñez Jover.
